• Strong in conceptualize creatively, visualize and execute graphic design work & branding
• Maintain visual consistency across all visuals that are produced for the brand
• Nurture and lead junior designers
• Manage and assign workload for junior designers
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Good awareness of latest design trends, interactive and new media
• Be able to participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Work as part of a team with marketers, designers and sales

• Bachelor Degree in Arts/Graphic Design/Creative/Multimedia/Advertising/Media
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, creative agency, advertising agency, or media
• Ability to use design applications such as AI, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Corel Draw, Illustrator or other design applications;
• Have passion for design with good creative visual sense
• Confidence to present and explain the design concept
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting short deadlines
• Have past work experience designing in the IT industry will be a bonus
• Able to communicate (written & spoken) fluently in both Khmer & English (Chinese is a bonus)
